Under Morris Miller's leadership, Xenex has become a world leader in automated room disinfection. Through the use of pulsed xenon technology and innovative hospital disinfection protocols, the company has helped hospitals achieve significant infection reduction results.
As CEO, Morris is responsible for the company’s overall business strategy and oversight of day-to-day operations.
Originally from San Antonio, Morris is a graduate of the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University, The University of Texas at Austin, and Phillips Exeter Academy.
He is the co-founder of Tectonic Ventures which was formed in 2016 to invest in and advise founders, startups and established technology companies. Prior to co-founding Tectonic Ventures, Morris founded Sequel Ventures, LLC and Cutstone Ventures, LLC which invest in/act as advisors to numerous start-ups such as Inventables, Adometry, and Golfballs.com.
Previously, Morris started Curtis Hill Publishing, the first company to publish Texas case law on CD-ROM. He co-founded Rackspace Managed Hosting where he acted as Managing Director and Co-Chairman (NYSE: RAX).

Tom joined Seacoast Capital in 2016. Prior to joining Seacoast, Tom opened and ran the San Francisco offices for private equity firms Lincolnshire Management, H.I.G. Capital and Guggenheim Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring, financing and closing transactions. He has been a member of the board of directors of Automatic Bar Controls, Color Control, Component InterTechnologies, Energy Manufacturing, Fallon Luminous Products, Flexstar, Gordon Sign, Imperial Products, Patterson Gear, Peripheral Computer Support, Polaris Pool Systems, Signage Inc., Transworld and Williams Machine. Tom is also a past director of the San Francisco chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He received a MBA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business and an AB from the University of California, Berkeley.

Scott Colvert serves as a Partner of Trinity Hunt and is a member of the Fund’s Investment Committee. Scott is responsible for deal origination and business development, as well as portfolio company monitoring. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lone Star Fasteners as well as WEXCO and has previously served on the board of Rotorcraft Services Group. With over 26 years of experience in private equity, Scott manages Trinity Hunt’s industry thematic deal sourcing process and serves as the firm’s primary interface with buy-side advisors and investment banks. He also participates in evaluating new investments in the business services and industrial growth sectors.
Scott joined Trinity Hunt’s predecessor, Hunt Capital, as a partner in 1999. His previous experience includes seven years with Banc of America Capital Investors in Dallas, in the Corporate Finance Consulting Group at Arthur Andersen, and as the Controller of Hi-Tech Products, Inc.
Scott holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition, Scott is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves on Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business Advisory Board and Endowment Investment Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Pine Cove Christian Camps. His hobbies include watching and playing sports with his three boys, running and Toastmasters. He and his wife are active volunteers in their church.

KLH Capital is a fully capitalized private equity firm which currently manages over $300 million in capital across three funds to facilitate majority and minority ownership transactions into specialty services, value added distribution, and niche manufacturing companies. During our nearly 30-year business tenure, we have successfully completed more than 130 transactions, including recapitalizations, management buy-outs and buy-ins, family successions and retirement transitions, corporate divestitures, and growth capital investments.
Kyle is a Partner with KLH Capital and is primarily responsible for identifying, structuring and executing transactions, due diligence, and portfolio management. He serves on the Board of Directors for BMI Merchandise and Data Display Systems. Prior to joining the private equity group in 2009 as an Associate, he was involved in a variety of brokerage-related capacities within the insurance and wealth management industry. An active member of the M&A industry, he serves on the Board of Directors of the M&A Source, was the 2013 chairman of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), and is asked to speak regularly at industry-related events and conferences.
Kyle is a native of Amherst, New Hampshire. He graduated from the University of Tampa’s John H. Sykes College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He enjoys fishing, boating, snow skiing, and spending time with his wife and young son.

Michael loves working with businesses at their earliest stages of development and spends his days enabling tech entrepreneurship in San Antonio by contributing as a board member, business builder, and active community member across various organizations. Michael deeply believes that the development of new economy businesses like tech is the key to the continued growth of San Antonio.
Michael has co-founded several tech-related companies and nonprofits, Codeup, Geekdom Fund, Alamo Angels, RealCo, and Dura Software. All of these businesses aim to bolster the tech ecosystem in San Antonio and beyond by either providing capital for startup founders or cultivating new tech talent.
Michael was the founding CEO and now serves as board chair at Codeup, a company that has trained 500+ new software developers over the past 5 years. The company now has added data science to its curriculum.
Michael co-founded RealCo, a business that accelerates B2B software startups via investment and mentorship. Most recently, Michael co-founded and serves as chairman of Dura Software, a company focused on the operation of hyper-niche software products that is now the 7th largest software company in San Antonio in just 18 months.
Before diving headfirst into the San Antonio tech scene, Michael was CEO of Alamo Fireworks, the largest retailer of consumer fireworks in Texas. Under Michael’s leadership, this family business transitioned leadership from its 3rd to 4th generation, grew by over 50% in size, and withstood two of the worst weather events in industry history.
Academically speaking, Michael’s background is rooted in technology. After earning his BS degree in Computer Science at Lafayette College (and participating in Division I swimming for 4 years), Michael lived and worked in San Francisco. He held engineering and marketing roles at RSA Security and BEA WebLogic, where, at age 25, he was the lead product manager for a product with $300mm in annual revenue. Michael wrote his first book while still a college senior, and publishers have translated Michael’s books on computer programming into four different languages, including Korean and Japanese.
Michael currently sits on the boards of Alamo Angels, Codeup, RealCo, Grok Interactive, Prospectify (recently sold to AngelList), and Alamo Fireworks. Previously, he was a multi-term board member of the King William Association and held the position of King William Fair Chair. In 2015, the San Antonio Business Journal named Michael “Man of the Year,” and in 2016, Geekdom presented him with their first-ever “Geek of The Year” award.

Matt is a founding Partner at Eldon Pass. Eldon Pass is a family of mature operating companies, real estate, and new ventures. We use relationships to mobilize leadership, technology, and financial resources to invest in, build up and operate businesses. Eldon Pass is focused on lower middle market, real estate and venture stage opportunities.
Matt has a passion for growing businesses rooted in his experience over the last two decades building private equity funded companies and serving as a management consultant. Matt is a Founder and Partner at M Square Ventures, a business advisory firm serving private businesses, family offices and community banks. He co-founded Texas Next Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on building and growing companies in Texas.
Matt serves in board and advisory roles at Frio Country Resort, Lemon Creek, ZIPS Dry Cleaners, Enflux, and Ignite MindShift. His prior board roles include Texas Heritage Bank, Alta Bank International, Enviro Clean, and Fresh from Texas.
Matt has served in president and senior leadership operating positions at Enflux, Choice Financial Solutions, Alta Bank International, and Texas Heritage Bank. In these roles, he was responsible for leading strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations based in San Antonio and New York.
Prior to his private equity and entrepreneurial career, Matt was based in Dallas working as a management consultant at McKinsey and Company where he served Fortune 100 companies on matters of strategy and operational improvements. Prior to McKinsey, Matt worked at Accenture focused on improving operations and IT execution within the telecom and high tech industries.
Matt earned a BA from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Bret leads Jungle Disk as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board. Prior to Jungle Disk, he led a 300 person SaaS business unit for Rackspace serving over 75,000 small businesses. Before that he had the opportunity to lead the AT&T Managed Premises Firewall business, help create OpenStack, and lead several successful acquisitions on the Corporate Development team at Rackspace. Outside of the office Bret enjoys a good meal, live music, and spending time with his large family. He is also active helping transform San Antonio into a technology leader through community involvement with TechBloc, the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, and other outreach activities.

Huw is Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of CyberFortress. He took on this role after serving as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Board Director for Jungle Disk, a cybersecurity company in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to acquiring Jungle Disk from Rackspace Huw worked as a Senior Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund with $160bn under management. At Bridgewater he was Manager of Portfolio Compliance & Reporting within the front office, which included responsibility for Daily Returns reporting to the CIOs and for Bridgewater's quarterly Form PF filings to the SEC. Before Bridgewater, Huw joined Rackspace after business school where, after a period leading acquisitions and strategic projects in the Corporate Development & Strategy team, he became the GM of Jungle Disk responsible for day-to-day operations. Earlier in his career he invested in and oversaw MBO and growth investments as a private equity investor, and implemented hedging and risk management solutions for corporate clients while at Goldman Sachs. Huw received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Ford Scholar (awarded to the top ranked student) and Baker Scholar. He also holds undergraduate and masters degrees in Mathematics from Oxford University.

Nick Monaghan is a member in Dykema’s San Antonio office who concentrates his practice on complex corporate transactions and advising clients in the acquisition and sale of businesses and assets. His experience includes counseling clients in all phases of a transaction, including the procurement of representations and warranties insurance and due diligence. Nick also represents entrepreneurs and investors in connection with their business partnerships and investments. In addition, he represent private companies to review private offering documents and he has significant experience representing nonprofit entities.

Christi Rohmer, CPA, is a consultant with ATKG working with clients on M&A services including valuation, due diligence, negotiation and support, as well as fraction CFO services. She has a finance background including ten years as CFO of the ISS Facility Services, Inc.’s US operations and the legacy company, Sanitors, Inc., which she helped grow from a regional business with operations in two states to a large national entity through acquisitions and organic growth. Her experience also includes obtaining financing for a rapidly growing oil and gas services company as its CFO, serving in a variety of financial management roles for manufacturing companies, and three years in public accounting at EY. She has specific expertise in negotiating M&A, equity capitalization and senior debt transactions as well as business valuation, due diligence, transition and integration.
Ms. Rohmer is a CPA and received her Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from St Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, and her Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
Executive Director, Private Business Advisory at J.P. Morgan
Andrew Oshman is an Executive Director in Private Business Advisory in J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Advice Lab. Mr. Oshman works with business owner clients and prospects across industries and geographies and provides strategic, agnostic advice on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, pre-transaction planning and maintaining a legacy business over multiple generations.
Mr. Oshman joined J.P. Morgan in 2018 with 13 years of investment banking experience at Duff & Phelps and Growth Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the origination, coordination and execution of company sales, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and private placements of privately held middle-market companies. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Oshman focused on building relationships with private equity firms and family offices as part of the Financial Sponsors Group at Duff & Phelps.
Mr. Oshman received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered representative.

John P. Romney

John P. Romney is a Managing Director of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, Inc. (“LLCP”), a private equity firm with offices in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Charlotte, London, The Hague, and in Stockholm. LLCP manages approximately $10.2 billion of institutional private equity capital. Mr. Romney joined LLCP in 2004 and is responsible for origination of new investment opportunities throughout the Southwestern United States from LLCP’s Dallas office. He led the firm’s efforts in the establishment of the investment offices in Dallas, Chicago, New York, London and Charlotte.
Mr. Romney has over 38 years of experience in working with various size companies on their financing needs and capital structure requirements. Mr. Romney has previous experience in private equity, commercial banking, merchant banking, investment banking, and mergers and acquisition advisory services.
Mr. Romney’s industry experience includes manufacturing, steel, energy, petrochemical, distribution, hospitality, franchising, retail and service companies. He has experience in servicing both private and public companies. Mr. Romney also has extensive experience in the investment and placement of senior and subordinated debt, commercial lending, mezzanine and equity investments, mergers and acquisition advisory services, and investment banking services.
In addition, Mr. Romney has been involved with many troubled company situations. His experience with companies in transition includes assisting companies in workout situations, refinancing debt, bankruptcy advisory services, troubled company mergers and acquisition services and the placement of new debt or equity.
Mr. Romney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Business Management) from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration degree (Finance) from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.
Mr. Romney resides in Southlake, TX (Dallas area). He and his wife Jill recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. They have six children and nine grandchildren.

Grant Jungeblut assists in business development and management of deal flow. Before joining Rock Hill, he acted as operations and financial analyst at New Tech Global and marketing representative at Federated Mutual Insurance. He earned his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in agriculture leadership and development and earned his master's in business administration from Rice University.

Michelle joined CapStreet in 2018. She manages the firm’s business development program and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hardwoods Distribution Inc. (TSX: HDI), as the Chair of the Nominating/ Governance & Compensation Committee. Michelle also serves on a private family owned company Advisory Board.
Prior to joining CapStreet, Michelle was the Chief Strategy Officer at DistributionNOW (NYSE: DNOW), a $2 billion publicly traded, global distributor of energy and industrial products and services. At DNOW, Michelle directed strategy, corporate development, and investor relations. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Strategy, M&A and Shared Services for the Distribution and Transmission segment of National Oilwell Varco (NYSE: NOV). Prior to her nine years in energy and industrial distribution, Michelle spent 20 years in various managerial and interim management roles in Consulting and Restructuring in the public and private sectors in Houston, New Orleans, New York, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. where she worked across industries from energy and healthcare to insurance and public education.
Active in her community, Michelle serves on the Boards of San Jacinto Girl Scouts of America and Breakthrough Houston.

Since 1994, Roy Terracina has served as CEO of Sunshine Ventures, Inc., an investment firm based in San Antonio, Texas. A veteran of the finance industry, Roy leads a diverse team of professionals in navigating investments and is recognized among colleagues and clients alike for his unparalleled leadership and commitment to success. Roy's expertise, which earned him a nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year from Venture North America, has also materialized into roles with companies such as U.S. Global Investors, an investment firm that focuses primarily on natural resources, gold, and infrastructures on an international level.
Roy Terracina also holds board memberships with Milestone Partners, Access Venture Partners, Michael Angelo's, Inc., Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International, and the Our Lady of the Lake University. Before joining Sunshine Ventures, Inc., Roy served as the owner and President of Sterling Foods, LLC. He bought the company, then a small bakery, in 1984. Initially providing baked and packaged goods to the local air force base, Roy was soon filling orders for the Department of Defense as Operation Desert Storm made military rations more and more of a necessity. Roy also worked as the Vice President and Treasurer of Farm House Foods Corp. During the seven years he was with Farm House Foods Corp., he assisted in maximizing company assets, including the acquisition of more than 30 companies.
Dedicated to upholding the professional standards of his field, Roy is an active member of World Presidents' Organization. He also utilizes his exceptional background and knowledge to inspire his peers and aspiring business professionals as a public speaker and teacher.
